Mar 30, 2023 · These steps are for those of you with multiple mods: Remove all but one mod via your mods folder. Place those files elsewhere while you test out a single mod. Your mods will typically be here: \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods. Remove the localthumbcache file for the mods you are not testing too. Start Here! 1) Divide suspect custom content in half. Put each half in temporary folders on your Desktop. Put the folder containing the first half of the suspect files into your Sims 4/Mods folder. 2) Test the first half of this batch of suspect files.
