Had an appointment yesterday and was told I'm 1cm dilated I haven't felt any pains very mild braxton hicks. I'm a ftm so not sure what they feel like. I'm thinking 1cm isn't that far along but hey I'll take it it's ...without blood, losing chunks and gobs of mucus plug doesn’t matter much. Even with blood sometimes it doesn’t matter. people can be 2-3 cm dilated a month or more before labor. Dilation before labor really doesn’t mean much either. Relax! You’re probably okay.
